YESPrep provides different tools to help you stay connected to how your child is performing at school. Staying connected will allow you to see if your child is on track or needs additional support in their education.
If you have any questions about the applications (apps) listed below, reach out to the front office staff at your campus. If you do not have an email set up in Skyward, please contact your campus registrar.
Skylert Contact Notification in Family Access
Beginning Monday, August 28th guardians will have access to update their Skylert notification options within Family Access. Skylert is the interface that enables you to receive notifications concerning your child(ren). You will have control over which notifications to receive and how you would like to receive them.
Emergency notifications cannot be disabled for the Primary Guardian contact information. Emergency calls may be made any time of the day or night but will typically be made no earlier than 5:00AM nor later than 10:30PM.
Please note, when changing your phone numbers or email, it will be updated immediately in Skyward (Family Access) for all other members of your family. However, it will not update in Skylert until the next day. Please contact your campus if you have any questions.

During the weeks of August 31 and September 7, your child will take a MAP® Growth™ test from NWEA® on a computer or tablet. We give students MAP Growth tests to determine their instructional level and to measure academic growth throughout the school year (and from year to year) in Reading and Mathematics.

Imagine Learningis an adaptive literacyprogramfor Pre K through sixth grade students. Through playing games and completing short lessons, students improve foundational skills, and teachers and administrators receive reports on student progress.

Through Family Access, parents and students have access to:
- Grades: assignment grades, progress report grades, and report card grades
- Attendance:tardies, absences, etc.

Hero
Through Hero, students and parents are able tokeep the lines of communication between home and school open. Once you register online, you may download the HERO app to receive push notifications about your student’s HERO behavior throughout the day. (Note: If you have the old orange Hero app, please delete it and download the new blue one)
Students and guardians will each have a unique Hero login account. If you have any issues logging in to your HERO account, please reach out to your campus’s Dean of Students or Director of Student Support.
