Had an excellent experience from Lorena at sixt Catania Airport. She was a massive help when we were let down by another car rental firm and did everything she could to help us get a rental sorted which we have just returned with no extra charges.

Simply perfect. The staff at the station are very friendly and helpful. There was a small problem with my debit card, but in the end it was solved, thanks to Lorena and her colleague. I also got some restaurant recommendations, really nice people. :)The pick-up and return of the car also went smoothly, the crew in the parking lot are also very nice and friendly.Thank you everyone!In case anyone is wondering, they don't take Revolut debit cards. I didn't find a company policy before I made my reservation, so I thought I'd post it here. Other debit cards are fine, they even accepted my Maestro card, but Revolut is sadly a no-go.
